We will never:
- Push for unnecessary tests
- Try to sell you things your pet doesn’t need.
We will always:
- Ensure that you understand the “how” and “why” of everything that we do.
- Treat your pet with the same love and respect that we treat our own.

Testimonials
Hear what some of our clients have to say!
Dr. Mason is the very best around! She listens and loves our furbabies! She's very knowledgeable and doesn't take guesses; she looks into the situation and come up with a game plan. Love the staff too
Kim
I love Dr. Chelsea Mason and her passion for animals. I've been to vets where the doctors are rough and quick and I would gladly pay more to have a doctor like Chelsea. She's very thorough and attentive. ~Brit D.

Vet was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She was able to break down information in a way I understood. She was great with my dog. He barely reacted to the blood draw and shots he received. I was very happy with the appointment.
AnnMarie
Dr. Mason is kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable. We drive all the way from downtown to see her!

Each time I’ve come in Baby is treated like the princess she is and I am given courteous service from the staff.
Nakita
Dr. Mason was extremely nice and patient with my silly dog. More importantly, she didn't try and up-charge me, she let me know exactly what what was necessary for my dog and other things that weren't as important but useful.
Miranda
West End truly loves animals, all the staff treats my babies as their own and are so sweet and helpful. The 1 hour drive is worth it just knowing they are in a kind loving environment with their health being the #1 priority. Thank you for all you do!

A Multimodal Approach to Arthritis
A Multimodal Approach to Arthritis Arthritis and joint pain are inevitable problems as both humans and animals age. Where Are You Going?
“Where are you going?” I choked back tears as I imagined these words coming from the mind of the emaciated old cat on my exam table. She had lost half of her body weight in a month, and stood before me a measly 4 pounds. Though her owner declined testing, cancer was most likely to […]
