West End truly loves animals, all the staff treats my babies as their own and are so sweet and helpful. The 1 hour drive is worth it just knowing they are in a kind loving environment with their health being the #1 priority. Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Mason was extremely nice and patient with my silly dog. More importantly, she didn’t try and up-charge me, she let me know exactly what what was necessary for my dog and other things that weren’t as important but useful.
